struggling to find yummy AND healthy meals to make and eat? i got your back because i am about to SPILL THE TEA on the most delicious and quickest breakfast/lunch/dinner you can make under 15 minutes 😎 this is super high in protein and fibre, making you full and not binge on sweet snacks randomly!
i have been making this in bulk and have been meal prepping this for the meals i will have in the next few days because it’s just so easy to prepare 🤭 you will have most of these ingredients which makes it 10x better!
𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 ⭐️
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1 can of tuna (i usually get the tuna chunks in mineral water!)
- 1/2 of tomato
- 1 red onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 of paprika
- parsley
- paprika powder
- mayonnaise (i like to use kewpie mayo!)
- salt
- pepper
- sourdough bread
𝙙𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨📍
1. get a big bowl and mash your chickpeas with a fork until flattened
2. mix in your can of tuna
3. dice up your half tomato and add into the bowl
4. dice up your half red onion + 4 garlic cloves and mix it in
5. dice up your half paprika and mix it in
6. chop up some parsley and sprinkle it into the bowl
7. add in mayonnaise and stir well
8. sprinkle your paprika powder, salt, + pepper to taste
9. stir well with a spoon until mixture is nicely blended
10. slice up your sourdough bread and toast it
11. spread your mixture onto the slice of bread
12. enjoy ❤️
