Bump on my eyebrow piercing

Hey guys, I have this huge bump above my eyebrow piercing. I’ve been cleaning it with my salt that the piercer gave me with some warm water, but it won’t seem to go away. I’ve been cleaning it for days and I’m afraid that it might be infected or get infected. Does anybody know of any other way to get rid of these? I rly love this piercing and don’t wanna take it out
