I’m no professional… However, I do understand how hard it is to start running.

🌷 If you’re interested in running, don’t wait to start. Grab a pair of tennis shoes and run.

🏃‍♀️ The only thing that kept me motivated in the beginning was running in “cool” locations. So find a place that makes you happy and run around there!

Remember, always listen to your body. If you feel like you need to slow down, slow down. Need to speed up? speed up. 🤍
