want a book that’s sweet AND spicy? i got you! 🌶️🤩

With October in full swing, I’m always on the hunt for good spicy reads with a bit of spookiness… 👻 This book has been all over booktok for a while, but I have to say, it’s 100% worth the hype!

Butcher & Blackbird follows two serial 💀s who only go after other serial 💀s… they compete to see who can get the bad guy first, and they fall for each other in the process! This book was spooky (and quite graphic… please read the TWs at the start of the book!), very spicy, and surprisingly full of many funny and sweet moments! I loved their relationship dynamic and was genuinely surprised by the twist near the end of the book.

I fully recommend this book to anyone who loves a dark romance and I plan on reading the rest of the series! Have you read this yet? Let me know what you thought! 🔪🐦‍⬛
