Ingredients:

* 1 carb counter large wrap

* 1 chicken breast

* 2 cups crushed corn flakes

* 2 cups Romaine lettuce

* 1 tbl Dijon mustard (I like this you don’t have to add it)

* Bolthouse Caesar dressing (30 g)

* Grated Parmesan cheese (32 g)

Directions:

1. Take chicken breast out and pound it out to one inch thickness.

2. Crush corn flakes in baggy and place in a bowl (I measured my cornflakes in grams after I crushed them and then weighed them again after I coated the chicken and logged the amount of corn flakes I used in MFP so I only ended up using 14 g of corn flakes)

3. Preheat air fryer to 400 and cook chicken for 15 min

4. While chicken is cooking making individual Caesar salad in a separate bowl with dressing and lettuce (you can add a little Parmesan cheese here if you want)

5. After chicken is done cooking cut into strips and measure out 4 oz

6. Take wrap and spread mustard (if you don’t want mustard leave this put) place chicken down and then lettuce and wrap like a burrito

7. Warm pan up to medium-high heat and spread 32 g of cheese on top, wait till it starts to bubble a bit then place wrap seam side down close to an edge, wait about 2 min and then flip it over (THIS PART IS HARD SO BE PATIENT 😂) your whole wrap won’t be covered but it’s still enough 😇

8. Place on plate and let cool then enjoy!
