Why Its Okay To Take Pictures of Yourself Crying

🌟 I have so many pictures of me crying… and thats okay! People make fun of me all the time but honestly I like having them, I can look back on them, sometimes laugh at myself, remember why I was feeling that way, and really think on it. You shouldn’t try to bury or forget the things that make you sad, theres such a stigma around posting yourself and your feelings because you’re “asking for attention”, is there really anything wrong with that? I dont think so, sometimes we just need a good cry, whether something happened or not, its good to just let it out, and sometimes the pictures even come out a little funny.
