what i make for breakfast as a holistic nutritonist and wellness coach! this has been my go-to breakfast hyperfixation for the past month or so! i love starting off my day with lots of fiber and healthy fats. ( ideally i would love to add some more protein to this but hey we can't win everything lol )

i start by toasting some sourdough bread, i love sourdough for the taste and added probiotics! then i add on some avocado, i add in some nutritional yeast and seed cycling mix and hemp seeds for extra nutrients, as well as salt, pepper, red pepper, and lemon juice! you can stop here and have some really yummy avocado toast, but i love to add in some extra veggies! my go to's have been some sauteed tomatoes on top and some arugula on the side tossed with some lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. i top everything with a little extra red pepper and balsamic glaze. i am obsessssed with balsamic glaze, i get mine from trader joes!

this is such a quick, yummy, and nutrient dense breakfast option! whats your breakfast go to?
