Gym Girl Tips & Habit Stacks

I am huge on habit stacking! It helps me to get more of the things done that I want to do. A couple of these tips are beauty tips that I have found helpful as well.

~ Oil in hair on hair wash day. A slick back bun is the best hair style for this!

~ Dry Shampoo before cardio to prevent greasy hair. The dry shampoo will absorb any sweat so that your hair does not look terrible after cardio if you are not able to make it home to wash your hair right away after the gym!

~ Podcast during cardio. Learning & moving your body!

~ Positive affirmations during your warm up or cooldown at the gym!
