Ever since getting a Ninja Creami Machine, I have become obsessed with creating different protein ice cream recipes. These recipes have anywhere from 25-40g protein. Super helpful when trying to hit your protein intake!
My typical base for the Creamis is:
~ 240ml Almond Milk
~ 1 scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream Whey Protein
~ 8g sugar-free jello powder (flavor depends)
& then whatever mix-in you like!
For a greater protein boost, you can use regular milk or Fairlife lactose-free milk if you are sensitive to lactose.
Some of my favorite flavor combos lately:
~ Banana Cream w/ Coconut & Graham Cracker as mix-ins (Banana Cream Jell-o Powder)
~ Chocolate Peanut butter w/ Reeces mix in (Chocolate Jell-O powder and PB2 powder)
~ Vanilla Cheesecake with Oreo mix-in (Cheesecake Jell-O Powder)
