if you feel like your workouts aren’t challenging you or pushing you then you need to change things up a bit!

if your goal is to gain muscle mass then you need to be pushing yourself during every gym session

if the weights are getting easy and you can easily finish 10 reps then go up!! it doesn’t have to be anything crazy start with 5lbs higher and see how many you can do!

start incorporating supersets and dropsets! a superset is completing one exercise then moving into another with no rest. for example doing smith machine rdls then going right into banded single leg rdls! drop sets is completing an exercise then completing it again with a lighter weight!

its okay to fail! everyone fails in the gym and a lot of people tend to train to failure! not saying every lift you should train till failure but i like to go extremely hard on my compound lifts so I most of the time train to failure on those!
