a lot of people try to complicate there fitness journey and sometimes it might seem a little challenging or discouraging!

is there a time where you think your doing all the right things and still not seeing the results you want?

here are just 3 things that might be slowing your progress…

1. your drinking alcohol to frequently! not saying you have to restrict drinking alcohol all around but definitely need moderation. there are also lower calorie options!

2. your not challenging yourself in the gym! yes you might be lifting 3-5 times a week but your just going through the motions! you need to be progressing and pushing yourself! up that weight! your stronger than you think!

3. prioritize your meals/protein! you should be making sure you have a carb/protein/ fat in each meal! making sure your getting in a lot of protein! about 1g if protein per your body weight!
