Toxic heavy metals: what you need to know

I feel like toxic heavy metals has been a topic that some are taking about in the health and wellness space. For me personally I have always had very high toxic heavy metal levels in my body. I have an idea of where they came from, but at the end of the day I have them so I have dedicated so much time and energy into healing and detoxing these out of my body.

I understood that heavy metals were a main issue for me because of my naturopathic doctor as we ran a heavy metal test.

The main thing that has helped me detox is diet and lifestyle (helped detox out) and always being aware of my exposure and knowing what to do when I do have the exposure.

It is very important to open up your detox pathways and make sure when you are giving your body all these healing modalities that it is properly acting and able to detox these toxins out of the body.
