The WORST Tiles / Grouting Reno mistake EVER! 🤬😡

I don’t even know when or where to start, but what the hell honestly.

So, context, we wanted dark grout from the start. Preferably dark gray, black or dark navy. Our ID said they had dark gray, so I was fine. And visually, I showed her my impression / understanding of what dark gray was!

So we were really disappointed to see this version instead. To her, this IS dark gray but for us, ya it may be named dark gray but you can obviously see it’s not dark, right? This is so close to white…

So they said to give them time and they’ll solve it. Two days ago, we were told they were finally working on it, so we visited the house and can you imagine…

THE TILER MAN WAS DRAWIN ON THE GROUT!!!!

at first I was thinking, they’d use Grout Marker at the very least…. But not even….

IT WAS FREAKING PERMANENT MARKER.

I don’t even know what to say…. Help?!!!!!!!
