Products that grew my hair inches in 1yr

Before I start, I’d like to acknowledge that this is what worked for my hair. So it may not work for you. Every hair type is different. Through trail and error, these are my holy grails!

Not only did these products helped me grow my hair, I also trimmed my hair frequently. Every 3 months or so. A trim doesn’t have to be 4-5 inches, I literally do what looks damaged. Some times that IS 4 inches, sometimes it’s 1/3 of an inch. Your hair dresser can help you determine that, I cut my own hair. Sooooo, I just do what I think is right/ how much I’m feeling.

Secondly, I use a t-shirt, 100% cotton towel, or microfiber towel. I let my hair sit in one of those till it’s about 50% dry. Then I let the rest air dry. Not brushing until it’s fully dry, to cause less breakage. Your hair is wayyyyy more vulnerable when wet.

Obviously, everyone’s hair type is different. I have very thin, VERY pin straight hair. It doesn’t take much for me. Everything last me awhile because I have very porous hair ( air drys crazy fast, soaks up water and products easy ). Trail and error is your best friend in this process!!
