let’s think of all aspects of health: mental, physical, social, emotional, spiritual. all of these matter and play a huge role in how you feel!

here’s healthy habits i try to prioritize each day to make sure incorporating all aspects of health 🫶🏻

• 7-9 hours of sleep

• 1-2 rest days

• 1-2 hours of social media

• 3 healthy meals a day

• weekly phone calls with my family

• spending a couple days a week with friends

• daily journaling/gratitude

• daily prayer

• daily walks

• reading 30 min before bed

All these habits can make such a big difference! In the end these all compound to big results!!
