Homemade Shrimp Spring Rolls

Time: 20 minutes

🍤🥒🌶️

Ingredients:

- spring roll papers

- lettuce

- vermicelli noodles

- avocado

- cucumber

- carrots

- jalapeños

- green onion

- shrimp

1. prep, slice & shred all your chosen veggies / ingredients

2. dip your roll papers in cold water. within seconds the paper will become soft & gooey lol

3. assemble your ingredients inside! keep in mind these papers are super easy to tear so make sure not to fill them too much!

4. after you roll, dip it in some sauce and enjoy!

✨ Keep in mind everything is optional & up to you! you can be so creative when it comes down to making these!

✨ Also, we cut everything by hand for the fun of it! If you are low on time buy everything pre shredded. this cuts down time by so much!

✨Ingredient alternatives & dipping sauces!

- sweet & sour dipping sauce

- hot sauce

- sub noodles for rice

- sub shrimp for cooked chicken

- for an added crunch! after rolling, set your spring rolls down in a hot pan! after about 10 minutes, the rice paper will become seared turning it brown & white —— picture isn’t shown but we pan seared some as well and it was amazing !!
