APRIL INTENTIONS 💐

Time to refocus & reset our goals and intentions as we enter Q2 !!!

🏋🏼‍♀️ daily movement / 5 workouts a week - ideally hitting my workout in the am & completing my morning routine

📚 finish 2 books this month - one for fun & one for self development

💦 getting back on it with drinking a gallon of water ! so good for our skin / body

👩🏻‍❤️‍👨🏻 try new things after work! two weeknight date nights just for fun

✝️ finish my 30 day devotional - just bought the devo “Grace is Enough” and my goal is to complete it this month along with morning journaling

This months energy is focused on wellness / self development / and moving into my favorite months of the year !! ⚡️⚡️⚡️
