INGREDIENTS
• 200g of wheat flour
• 1 tbsp cinnamon (optional)
• 75g of flour for hotcake
• 10g of powdered milk
• 5g of baking powder
• 150g of sugar
• 150ml of lactose-free milk
• 1 tbsp of vanilla
• 50ml of oil
• 1 egg
PREPARATION
• In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients first and then the liquids.
• Then we unify the mixtures, once they are fully integrated we place the machine to heat.
• After 5 minutes that it is very hot, we start pouring the mixture without reaching the edge.
