The reality of social media

Reminder to never compare yourself to what you are seeing on social media!

When you see someone looking great, I'm sure they do but you need to remember that,

1) they have a lot of deleted photos they don't post

2) they are posing or flexing

3) they found good lighting and angles that complement their body

These 2 photos were taken SECONDS between each other. What you see on social media isn't always real, it is posed!! Don't compare yourself to people you see. Set goals for yourself and focus on becoming a better YOU each day!
