If you feel like you aren't making progress on your fitness journey, here's why 👇🏼

1) Poor diet. You yo-yo diet a lot. You restrict yourself and then lose control instead of finding a balanced plan to still allow you your favorite foods. Pay attention to foods that make you feel good and aim to stick to Whole Foods 80% of the time.

2) Not pushing yourself. You show up to the gym and use the same weight every week, you never try to push for another rep, and you do the bare minimum. You need to challenge yourself and push your body out of it's comfort zone or else you won't see the progress you want.

3) Not enough cardio. You are only active for the 1 hour you are at the gym. You sit around all day and don't prioritize going for walks or moving throughout your day unless you are working out. Cardio doesn't need to be crazy but movement throughout the day is important.

4) You're inconsistent. You only go to the gym to stick to a meal plan when you feel like it. You don't have discipline, you go based off motivation and that won't get you far.

5) You don't have a structured routine. You don't plan out time to take care of yourself, you decide you'll do it if you have time, you need to make time.
