Ladies & gentlemen.. I present to you TWO exercises that you should not being skipping if you are trying to grow a dump trunk, if you're trying to get that booty poking!!

First up.. ROMANIAN DEADLIFTS! The Romanian deadlift is a great exercise that is going to target your posterior chain including the gluteus maximus, hamstrings, and abductors! This is a great exercise to add in on your lower body days and when done correctly while also implementing progressive overload you will see that bottom half start to get juicy! Also, there are many different variations you can do, find one that works well for you and get after it! I recommend 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps :)

Secondly we have, HIP THRUST! You cannot be skipping these if you want that booty, okay? Hip thrust is also a great exercise that targets the glutes, it also activates your quads, hamstrings, and abductors making this an awesome compound exercise. I recommend doing 4 sets of 8-12 and adding weight each set and definitely adding weight each week!

Add these two exercises into your lower body days and put in that work to see that booty transform! Along with exercise, make sure you are recovering and fueling yourself proper! Exercise doesn't work on its own!
