• 1 Package Red Velvet Cake mix
• 2-3 c. Flour
• 1 packet of Active dry yeast
• 1 1/4 c. Warm water (115 degrees)
Filling:
• 1/2 c. Brown sugar
• 1/4 c. Softened butter
• 2 tsp. Cinnamon
Frosting:
• 4oz. Cream cheese (softened)
•1/4 c. Butter (softened)
• 2 c. Powdered sugar
• 1 tsp of vanilla
- Combine cake mix, flour, yeast, and warm water together in a mixing bowl. Mix until dough is soft. Put in a greased baking dish and let rise for 2 hours. While that is rising make your filling. Combine brown sugar, butter, and cream cheese to bowl and mix. When dough is done rising take out on a floured surface and knead very lightly. Roll out the dough to your desired length and then spread the filling on it. Roll the dough up, and then trim where you want your rolls. Put on your desired baking dish and rise for another hour or two. Put in oven @ 350 for 15-20 minutes.
