•Take one pound beef and season

•add one can corn and one can rotel

•add one cup chicken broth

•add one cup minute rice

•mix

•top w cheese

•put the lid on your pan and let simmer on low for 10 mins

Thats it🥳 garnish to your liking (lettuce, salsa, avocado, etc)
