cleaning tips if you deal with adhd/mental health

as a girly that struggles with adhd and bad mental health it can be incredibly hard to do even the simplest of tasks. anything can drain the energy out of me. i’ve learned the worse i let it get the worse i’m going to be drained while cleaning. i no longer try to do it all in one day, i take my time but I GET IT DONE.
