If you haven’t figured it out by now I will literally try anything in the wellness world. I’m like a human Guinea pig. I see what works for me and what doesn’t.

I learned about oil pulling years ago when I was in high school. I tried it but it didn’t stick.

HERE WE ARE AGAIN. And you could say it’s (stuck).

Benefits of oil pulling

🫶reduces inflammation in the mouth

🫶pulls out bad bacteria and candida overgrowth

When you think of bad bacteria in the mouth you can stop right at mouth care. But what many people don’t realize is that your oral microbiome is directly tied to your gut microbiome. What you eat affects your gut. So wouldn’t everything that you swallow affect it??

Removing bad bacteria and candida each morning makes for a cleaner oral environment for the rest of the (day).

How I pull:

- first thing on the morning on an empty stomach

- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil

- swish it around

- literally “pulling” it between your teeth

- 5-20 minutes- I do it when I shower, journal, skincare, make the bed, etc.
