caption not exaggerating fr…after a harrowing salon experience in the past, i was super duper scared to bleach my hair ever again in fear of the uneveness and breakage that would permanently destroy my hair. 💔

➡️ but being the stubborn person i am, i was determined to dye my hair in bright colours that would definitely require bleaching, so i made sure to find a reliable salon to get the job done. 👍

➡️ this landed me at 📍 colors hair salon a japanese-owned hair salon located at north bridge rd! i made sure to check the google reviews of the place and it was 4.9 (and still is!) i also looked through their instagram to see their past works. coincidentally they had a first-timer promo which came with: haircut + color + bleach + treatment for $350! it was quite pricey but honestly no regrets because they served….💅

➡️ when i arrived they were really thorough with my hair consultation and asked me to fill up a form stating the condition of my hair. they were also very transparent with the process and there was no upselling or pressure put on me to try any hairstyle or purchase any products! they gave me the EXACT hair color i wanted with bleach and my hair was still really healthy so i was just super impressed.
