I fell in love with Finch a while back & I’m getting back to it. Still love it as much as before. I set absolutely everything I need to do as a goal & that actually helps to motivate me somehow.

Plus, there’s so many exercises that I can do to calm down AND there’s different reflections that you can do. I love the ‘Rant’ one.
