These are a game changer for breakfast on the go. Apple Butter Morning muffins have a good source of Fiber, protein, and energy in them and they are the perfect grab and go breakfast that you have to try!
Itโs also Apple season and after making Caramelized Apple Butter at home (recipe in my posts, follow me๐), I wanted to try and bake with it as well.
Homemade muffins are always the best muffins and they are perfect for snacking and breakfast ๐๐
Here is how you make them!
๐set the oven to 425F
๐grab 1/2brown sugar and mix it with melted 1/4 butter in a bowl
๐grab 1/4 a cup of milk and add it in and mix it
๐mix in 1 whole cups of Apple Butter
๐mix in 1 egg
๐grab 1/2a table spoon of baking soda and add it into the bowl
๐grab 1/2tea spoon of baking powder and put it into the bowl
๐pour 1 cup of flour into the bowl and mix until blended together
๐pour in 1 cup of oats and mix into the bowl
๐add the mixture into a muffin sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes
๐once they are baked pull them out of the baking sheet and roll them in cinnamon-sugar topping (optional)
This is such a fun festive fall breakfast thatโs packed with fiber and energy!
