Summer Lookbook in London 🇬🇧 (hijabi edition)

Hi! A little intro about myself: I’m Marsha, currently an undergrad in the UK who loves playing with clothes and all about getting the perfect ootd shots for the gram 😉

Summer in the UK is close to the weather back home 🇲🇾 except it’s windier here. I can say that I don’t really have a fixed aesthetic or theme that I hold on to so I had a lot of fun dressing up and trying different styles while exploring london 🇬🇧

LOOK 1

I remember that day being slightly hotter hence why I chose to wear a thin drawstring dress with black inner and leggings. Paired it with brown chiffon shawl and a plain black shoulder bag for a chic look.

LOOK 2

Went for a simple look with a shirt as an outerwear. Point of the outfit is the bandana which serves as a pop of colour for the simple fit.

LOOK 3

Everything goes well with my favourite pair of cotton pants! Wore a grey inner and layered with a knitted cardigan and a pink shawl that matches the nudish tone. Oh, and the fuzzy bucket hat too 😉

LOOK 4

I remember hoping the weather that day wouldn’t be so hot cause I planned to wear a thicker jacket 😅 I got many compliment with the green varsity jacket. Paired them with my yellow converse.

Choosing comfort over style doesn't mean you have to compromise on being stylish.
