Tak Sangka How Badly Social Media Affected Me 😩

Hi Lemon8 homies! 🍋🏡

I know you see me always 'chipsmore' in Lemon8 since December last year. To be honest, towards the end of the year 2023 it was tough for me to keep on being visible in social media.

I rasa overwhelmed, drained, sometimes sakit kepala then compare myself with my friends posting (achievement/highlight etc), plus with what happen to the world 🍉 - those buat social media damage my part mentally and physically.

I off social media and recover. Be present, not posting much. Jual my books, connect with nature, jumpa kawan-kawan, main with my cat. For a while, I feel peace not doing content, not sharing. So I guess, we do need to be off sometimes ✨ How about you?
