Of course, I sebagai anak tak akan expect perkara ini terjadi. Since I was a kid, I questioned myself:

• Am I the reason they divorce?

It was hard when those thoughts kept circling in my head. However, after years, I came across my assumption: In case I'm not the reason, maybe miscommunicating kills their relationship. Maybe financial crises occur and they couldn't work it out together as a team. From their situation, I banyak belajar tentang relationships between opposite gender & parenting.

I remember that day no tears spilled when my mum moved out. I remember that I did not react when they recited the vow at the court. Regardless, still have no idea why the divorce happened. I pun taknak tahu 😇

What I learned during those awful years is,

"You gotta move on, kid. Learn from your parent's mistakes. Mistake is the best teacher."

My post is a reminder that you do not need to blame your parents. Yes, maybe kita mangsa keadaan tetapi blaming or pointing their mistakes takkan bawa ke mana pun. Yang penting, how you cope with it?
