"Why did you leave your previous company?"

blh ke nak jawab 'sebab nak naik gaji' tanpa tapis? 🫣

Okay I know it was a bit tempting kan. Kita pun tak nak lah berlapik sangat. My opinion: Boleh je tetapi kena proper & nampak professional.

Based on my experience, I akan jawab:

"I want to further advance my career in Software Development which has been my major skill.

To be honest, I learned a lot from my previous company where I've put trust to handle certain tasks beyond my capability .

However, my reason for evolving my career would be I need a new environment, and new changes with people to catalyst my career goals
