The perfect book for cat lovers!

With only 144 pages & 4 short stories, it does capture the slice of life between the cat and the human. This book is perfect for chilly weather and drizzling rain 🐾 Ah such a heartwarming feeling. If I had a cat, pretty sure I would squeeze and hug her right away.

This book is about 4 women who have mixed affairs floating around their private lives. Their life is slowly adjusted when several cats unintentionally appear on their doorsteps. Each of them harbors various stories yet interconnect with one another.

I love it when the point of view is inverted beautifully between the cats and the owners. There's something strange yet so whimsical when you read from the pet's pov even though you already know that the story is made by humans.

I don't expect any intensity turnover but to see the owners battle with loneliness and grieving, makes me ponder deeply from the cat's perspective.

I was attracted to Kuro (the cat) and Shino's relationship. He was a black fluffy cat who thought human tribulations were bugging him. Meeting with Chobi and Jon twisting his misconception about humans. It was a cool read!
