Sometimes rasa tak guna kerja weh 🥹

Hi Lemon8 homies! 🍋🏡 I sometimes rasa tak guna juga kerja if tak dapat nak contribute more in my project. To be honest, I rasa my work performance low for this year due to my lack of experience in certain skill.

But how I try to counter?

I do networking with my colleagues and talk with line managers. My company always ada informal activities and formal event. Indoor or outdoor activities. It was part of the KPI. So I akan join as participant or volunteer in any of the event. Disebabkan muka I je selalu muncul so itu yang my rakan kerja & manager cepat kenal 🥹

Sometimes I akan dpt rewards from the company sebagai active staff and luckily boleh redeem guna payroll! 😂 This time I nak dpt reward sebab work performance pula 💖 Do pray for me!

You guys if you rasa lack in certain area, discuss with your manager. I byk kali talk my concern with my manager about my work performance. It helps clear out my mind for my career path. Best of luck!
