Another tips that I been practicing is:

1. If you are having dinner at home after 8pm, avoid having heavy meal. If we eat at 8pm than sleep by 9 or 9.30pm, what happen to the food that have not process properly?

Nite time is where our digestive systems process all the food we eat slowly, so if it does not process fast. All those food become fats, that is why slowly we notice that we gain weight. Unless you are out after eating, you walk about than it’s fine coz it burn those calories off.

So it is not good idea to eat a big meal before bedtime, as it forces the digestive system to keep working. 3hrs before bed stop eating.

2. If you gets hungry at night, have food that are easy to digest like soup or shakes, something light snacks.

Stop drink water 1hr before sleep as you don’t wanna wake up with puffy face. 🤣#weightlosstips #momslife
