HI , I’M SUKI!

We took Suki in, everything was going great. I knew she needed an initial vet appointment to get her checked out. The process was expedited when I noticed she had some ear mites going on. Then it got expedited when her fur started falling out.

We got the ear mites taken care of right away, and of course got started on fungal treatment. It’s going to take a while for her hair to regrow and it makes me so sad for her because she gets cold. Really easy now. Treatment is kind of difficult because she weighs a whopping 1.7 pounds. But she will get through this. She’s eating well. She’s playful, energetic, strong, climbing everything. I just hate that I have to quarantine her because she loves loves loves being around us. Have to keep the other cats and the dog away from her. And she loves the dog. I have to be careful because I developed ringworm from her 🥲

I feel like it’s important to share her story especially for anyone who is getting a new kitten. And we can watch this girl on her glow up 🩷
