These are all customized orders! (So the cals it says on the screenshots are wrong)

One big tip is to just replace 2% milk with almond milk. It will cut down over half the calories it is for 2%. It can be really hard to gauge exactly how many calories it is just because a lot of the times they eyeball measurements, but we can get a general idea!

1. The iced shaken espresso is 85 cals!

It Is not super sweet, but still good! If you want it to be sweeter add a pump or two of sugar free vanilla or splenda (no cals!)

2. Pumpkin chai latte is 192 cals 🔥 so yum!

3. Pumpkin cream cold brew is 70 cals!

2 pumps of sugar free instead of the reg vanilla that comes in the cold brew. Ask for 1 pump pumpkin in the cold foam and no reg vanilla in the cold foam. HOWEVER, SOOOME Starbucks have their cold foam premade so if you have to get the regular it’s an extra 40 cals.

4. Apple crisp, shaken espresso 100 cals! 😙🤌🏼
