CHRISTMAS STAY AT HOME DATE BASKET

My boyfriend and I have been dating for 6 months now so when making this basket I wanted to use it as a way to not only do cozy holiday activities but also continue to actively date, even when we don’t feel like getting dolled up to go out.

With this basket I wanted to find the perfect balance between being cozy and cute and having fun activities to do.

Monopoly is my boyfriend’s favorite board game so of course I had to include that. We both can get pretty competitive so I’m interested to see who will win.

Gingerbread making is a classic holiday activity BUT having to share a gingerbread house with my boyfriend that’s a whole other story. Will our house fall apart? Will I allow my perfectionism to take over or will we compromise to make a house that equally reflects both of us? We shall see.

If you know me you know I love all things cozy and crafty so doing a DIY tie blanket together seemed like the perfect way to make a new memory and have a cozy Christmas blanket to watch a movie under.

Finally, who doesn’t love wearing matching PJs, burning a Christmas candle, and drinking hot cocoa with popcorn while watching a classic Christmas movie?!? That sounds like the perfect night to me.
