MY CROCHET JOURNEY

hi zesties!

background context: i started crocheting on and off since 2021 and heres my journey!

i started off crocheting small keychains like flowers and hearts which r really suitable for beginners!!! then i slowly started crocheting plushies like bees and whales which r also not too challenging!!! i went on a short hiatus and since it was the coquette trend previously, i crocheted bows and i actually love them hahaha! I cane across this bouquet keychain and gave it a try too! loved the process hehehe and i also love making those flower pouches because they r actually so functional and easy to make!!! during cny i crocheted these mahjong keychains too… but they turned out abit ugly hahahha! i also crocheted octopuses and honestly i made those when i was a beginner too and i definitely improved! hehehehe as i slowly have more time, i have also crocheted two more bag pieces which i unfortunately cant fit in here anymoree😭😭 but they r tote bag and shoulder bag respectively and i love them!!!

so why crochet?

i was inspired by tiktok users posting their crochet pieces so i decided to give it a try and fell in love! i love crocheting because i find peace doing so, i an also very proud when i finish each piece of project even if it did not take much time! as i crochet, i definitely find myself having more patience and it is definitely a good way to keep you away from the screens!
