easy spinach bacon quiche

• 6 large eggs

•1/2 cup milk

• 4oz shredded Swiss cheese

• 1 package frozen chopped spinach, defrosted

• 1 packet @knorr vegetable mix

• 4 slices bacon, diced

• 1 pre made pie crust, defrosted (if you're gf, skip the crust and just grease your pie dish!)

Preheat oven to 400. Fry up the diced bacon and set aside on a paper towel. Whisk eggs, milk, and @knorr vegetable mix together in a large bowl. Add the spinach and shredded cheese, mix well.

Roll out your pie crust and place into a baking dish. Crimp the edges.

Scatter half of the bacon into the bottom of the crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top. Scatter the rest of the bacon on top, along with a little extra cheese. Bake for 30 minutes then check to see if the crust is browning too quickly, cover with foil if excesses. Bake another 15 minutes or until the egg is set and the crust is evenly browned. enioy✨
