Hi- this is super healthy and so so good! Love drinking mine for breakfast or before a workout
1 banana (you get a better consistency if you peel and cut the banana up and freeze it prior- you can skip the ice if you do this)
1/3 a cup vanilla low fat yogurt
1/4- 1/2 a cup of vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice, the amount depends on the thickness you want)
2 tablespoons of dark cocoa powder
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup ice
