Trying SF’s Michelin Star Korean Food: San Ho Wan

One of my absolute favorite restaurants in SF. It’s so so good each time I go. San Ho Wan is a 1 Michelin Star Korean Restaurant and they 100% deserve the star.

I’ve gone twice and I always get their house menu which is $110 per person. Some of the dishes are seasonal so it does change but usually includes:

Appetizers:

- Savory Egg Soufflé

- (seasonal) appetizer

- (seasonal) Kimchi

KBBQ:

- beef neck fillet

- prime beef short rib

- Assorted condiments and lettuces

Choice for the table:

- Rice dish with soup and kimchi OR noodle soup and kimchi

Dessert

- Choice between their soft serves

Overall it’s so good and I always leave stuffed. So even though it’s pricey it’s worth it for a nice dinner out or special occasion.
