Cast Iron Cleaning

Sharing how I clean my cast iron skillet!

Tips

-cleaning it right after cooking while it’s still warm is easiest

-I don’t usually use soap on it unless it gets left with food in it

-coarse salt can also be used to scrub the skillet

-I avoid soaking/letting the cast iron sit in water so it doesn’t rust
