I quit social media and this is how it’s going…

Honestly I have to say it’s been so relieving without social media. I came to a point where I felt like I was constantly consuming unrealistic content surrounding body image, products, and/or lifestyle all together. With moving into this new season of life, I felt that I needed to say goodbye to the immaturity of social media and since I’ve found myself overall being more positive and less distracted. With that, I feel like I’ve unlocked a new level of living. One full of cherishing moments and true healthy living. Without the endless hours of scrolling I have picked up on some new hobbies like moving my body, coloring, and reading.
