snickers chia pudding
one of my fav breakfast lately. super easy to make, high in protein and fiber. taste like dessert. who’s in?
2 servings:
1/4 cup chia seeds
3/4 cup soy milk or milk of choice
Splash of maple syrup
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
Some peanuts (unsalted, unroasted)
2 tbsp chocolate chips + 1 tsp coconut oil
in a Tupperware, mix your chia seeds with protein powder, maple syrup and milk. Close and place in the fridge overnight.
Next morning: in a jar add peanut butter and peanuts a the bottom, add your chia pudding, top with more peanuts and melted chocolate. Place in the fridge 10/15 minutes and enjoy xx
