I’ve been seeing a lot of content about becoming THAT GIRL… and i was thinking about sharing some tips with you and things that are realistic because let’s be honest: as much as we want to be THAT GIRL, THAT GIRL doesn’t really exist — what we actually want is to be the best version of ourselves and be HAPPY and CONFIDENT with who we are…

So… here are some realistic things you can do to feel your best, gain confidence and be truly happy with who you are (we are all perfect in our own way) and become the best version of yourself:

- know your worth: might not be the easiest thing to do but I think being THAT GIRL is being really confident and knowing your worth. So believe in yourself, your power, your feminine energy, your ability to do anything you can, your intelligence. Affirmations in front of the mirror are so helpful. And try to never say a bad word about yourself. <3

- sleep routine: try to go to sleep every day at the same time and try to wake up every day at the same time. This is how you’re gonna get the best sleep and look your best! Sleeping is so important and it can affect all areas of your life: mental health, physical health, relationships, work, productivity…

- hydrate: drinking a lot of water is so important for your body and for your skin to glow! Want THAT GIRL skin glow: drink a lot of water and especially drink water first thing in the morning. You can also add some lemon to it especially during this time of the year!

- workout: and even if it’s hard, try to not give up! But you can always switch exercises! I love to practice yoga, lift weights, go on hikes, play tennis… choice is yours <3

- eat your greens: switching your diet to a whole food diet is gonna help you feel your best and it’s gonna help your body build muscles, get rid of toxins and be healthier. Avoid sugar as much as you can and reinforce your diet with fiber and protein.

- be patient: change doesn’t happen overnight. It’s gonna take time for you to see results but trust me it’s worth it. You’re gonna feel so good and healthy with all these changes and you’re gonna be so proud of yourself. Be KIND to yourself too. No one is perfect. No one. And there is no need to chase something that doesn’t exist. You are already perfect the way you are and if one day you want to skip one workout, it’s OKAY.
