Touring a luxury apartment at 25!! 😩 part 3

Hiii beautiful people!! Welcome back to my grownish series (I’ll do a more in depth one on my YT channel). Here’s another luxury apartment I toured in Dallas. I liked it butttt the price was a little too high for the square footage! If I combined the rent with cost of amenities, I would be looking at $1700 for 1bed1bath with 656 sq ft! Absolutely NOT lol. That’s a broad daylight scam. 😂

The funny thing is these apartments are sometimes listed for lower online… then when I come and tour, the prices are much higher than what I was expecting. It’s so discouraging.

Let me know if y’all would stay here for this price! And feel free to continue giving me advice as I go through this long apartment journey. Adulting hasn’t been fun but I’m excited about finding my own little apartment. I think it’s important for everyone to go on a self-discovery journey, this just happens to be my way of doing it. 🥹💖
