so I have gotten up between 4:30 and 5:30 AM (6 AM if I have had a super late night) for almost four years now.
ever since COVID, I decided to get up early and start my morning off on the right foot. (previously, I would litterly roll out of bed to go to work or school).
while my routine changes day to day... this is a typical routine.
1. journal and read first thing.
2. move my body. pilates, running, weightlifting, walking, whatever!
3. getting outside. I want that vitamin D ☀️sometimes, this is combined with step 2 if I decide to walk/run
4. I then get ready. whether that is showering or blow-drying my hair, or just rinsing off, doing some skincare & makeup. this is my pamper time and if I have an extra 10 minutes, I love doing a sheet mask or some under-eye masks.
5. I then get dressed and drive to work. I don't have to worry about my breakfast/lunch/snacks since I prepare everything the night before. highly recommend doing this 😉
