Hae! Prawn Claypot

💭 Nestled in an obscure industrial area, the commute is not the most convenient. However, it also means that not many would patron the stall. True enough, not many diners were present by the time I finished my dinner at 8+ pm.

The dining space is very clean, cooling, and spacious. Coupled with the lack of dinner crowd, the entire dining experience is nothing but peaceful & quiet.

👍Why I like it:

The prawns served are big, fresh and succulent. The pre-brewed savory broth continues to simmer under low fire in a claypot, and it adds to the overall taste 👅 Yes, the prawn broth is the broth that is normally used for preparing prawn noodles in our local hawker centres and coffee shops. Most importantly, the broth can be refilled!

I love that it can be served as a hotpot by adding your favourite ingredients into it.

It also has a dedicated space where you can select your condiments for your individual sauce concoction(s). Very hai di lao-esque, hae hae hae 😂
