My little bestie

You don’t fully understand what it takes to be a parent until you become one. I watched my siblings become parents and I’d catch myself thinking

- why did they do that?

- does he really need that many toys?

- why are you nervous about him eating a chip?

- did you really need to get that mad…?

- does it really matter if we’re a little late for their nap?

The amount of times I’ve apologized to my sister or said “I get it now”…is comical 🤣 she just smiles and tells me it’s okay.

My daughter is 1 1/2 and she is the cutest nose scrunching little angel muffin 🤣 and she makes me work!

I love every single little bit of her and I can’t imagine life without her.

Be kind to parents and if you see a full blown meltdown happening in a store or restaurant just give them some grace and keep your opinions to yourself. You have no clue the kind of day they might be having.
